Examinations, Student Records and Graduations
The Examinations, Student Records & Graduations Division is in charge of all final examinations and related functions such as reproduction of examination questions, supply of examination materials, processing of list of examiners, scheduling of examinations time-table and implementation of academic misconduct reports in the University.
The Division also serves as secretariats to the Academic Affairs Board (ABB); Graduation Ceremonies Committee & University Senate.
The (ESRG) team provides official transcripts upon request and in conjunction with Faculties determines the eligibility to graduate. The team co-ordinates the administration of the graduation ceremonies and examination periods, and collecting, distributing and dispatch of the examination papers to examination Venues/Centers.
The team ensures the smooth running and continuous evaluation of the graduation and examination administration, implementing improvements in the processes.
